Program Prerequisites:
- Minimum Age of 14
- Been a member of DeMolay for at least one year
- Expect to be a Councilor of your Chapter within 6 months of LTC
- Signatures of your Chapter Advisor/Chapter Chairman & Executive Officer on LTC Registration Form
Program Details:
- Interactive courses in leadership skills, term planning, event planning, budgeting, public speaking, time management, and more!
- Daily athletics and informal events
- Daily special activities
- Opportunities for leadership; outlets for creativity
Registration Information:
- Registration forms are available online in PDF format (see above), or through your Jurisdiction's Executive Officer. LTC information and registration forms will also be sent to your Chapter Advisor.
- Registrations are due to the LTC Director by no later than July 31st, but you must submit your registration to your Executive Officer early enough so that he may sign and forward the form to the Director by July 31st. Check with your Executive Officer for his deadline to submit registration forms.
- Please note that New Hampshire law requires that attendees under the age of 24 must have a physician's signature on the registration form indicating that all immunizations are up-to-date for the attendee.
- Registrations received by the LTC Director after July 31st will incur a $25.00 late fee. Please note that late registrations are accepted only at the discretion of the LTC Director.
- Refund Policy:
- Request received prior to July 31st amount paid less $50.00
- Request received between July 31st-August 10th: amount paid less $100.00
- Request received after August 10th: no refund
- Checks should be made payable to "Leadership Training Conference."
- If a portion of your registration fee is coming from another source (ie. - funds from your jurisdiction), please so indicate on your registration form or on a note attached to your check.
- Please note that except under special circumstances you will not be allowed to repeat a particular program you have previously attended. Any requests for exemption from this prohibition must be made in writing to the LTC Director.
- A confirmation of receipt of registration materials, a what-to-bring list, directions to Lions Camp Pride, and other information will be emailed to you upon receipt of your completed registration. If you would prefer confirmation by U.S. Mail, please so indicate on page one of the registration form.
