LTC offers three different program tracks for DeMolays, and each track includes plenty of fun activities: athletics, swimming, special events each day, and more!
The basic DeMolay Leadership Program is designed for DeMolays who are at least 14 years old and who are new to DeMolay. You'll learn the history and the traditions of DeMolay, and you'll gain useful insight into getting the most of your DeMolay experience.
The Chapter Leadership Program is designed especially for current or soon-to-be chapter councilors. This program will teach you techniques to help you budget your time, balance your budget, speak in public, and plan for your future -- and your chapter's.
The Jurisdictional Officer Training Program is for DeMolays who are at least 16 years old and who are MCs, PMCs, or current Jurisdictional Officers. You'll learn advanced leadership skills through special projects and programs, and you'll come away prepared for the demands of jurisdictional office.
The DAD In Training Program is for adults at least 21 years of age who wish to become certified Adult Workers for DeMolay. In addition to the required DAD Training, you'll receive practical training and know-how for working with today's young men. This program will give you the information and teach you the skills to become an effective DeMolay Advisor for your chapter.
